Sunday was really good. So it's my 4th Sunday as District Leader during branch Council in the morning he asked me if I was aware that I would be released that day (I was very aware, lol they had told us that halfway through they'll call a new district leader plus I saw the other districts get a new leader). Then he joked saying "so you know how they spell released in the church, doncha?" I said no, and he said "it's spelled R-E-L-I-E-F." I laughed, and said that's true. It's been a great 4 weeks and I have really seen myself grow as a leader but I'm ready to be released. So yeah, you don't have to worry anymore I am now a regular jr companion, lol. Of course he said it wouldn't take effect until after Sacrament meeting so I still went to all the leadership meetings and conducted District meeting before Sacrament but it was still good.Oh so the koolest thing happened on Sunday after sacrament. We decided to go to the R.C. and take chats because that is always an awesome experience. Well the first bit they weren't busy at all but then I finally got a chat from this guy and his first question caught me a little off guard, he asked "Why did God create such a big universe if he's so concerned about earthly souls?" yeah I hadn't heard that one before but I talked about how we are his children so of course we'd be his first priority, he loves us, but I'm not sure why there are so many planets. Well he seemed like a nice guy but wasn't convinced. To make a long story short I figured he didn't believe in God because he doesn't see him but seemed open to the idea. Words didn't mean much to him. It doesn't sound too exciting but it was really awesome to testify to him and I tried to tell him to pray. It was just a really good conversation (especially compared to other's I've had in the R.C., lol) then at the end he asked if he could give me his email. They said we could keep up with contacts so I told him yes! It was super exciting to talk to a real person! but I'd better go, love you..
