Estoy muy agradecido por sus cartas de e-mail! fue semana ha sido muy bien! Siento como aprendo espanol muy mejor!
It's crazy to think that in 3 weeks tomorrow I'll be heading for Ecuador! The weeks have just flown by! This last week has been another whirlwind. It's been great, though. Before I forget, I wanted to let you know that I have activated my debit card (funny story about that actually, so I went to the front desk to activate it and they let me call right away, but while I was going through the steps on the phone it asked for my social security number and I was like "ooh, no bueno." I can never remember my social security number so I waited until it said "we can't activate your card at this time" and hung up. I tried to think of it but I knew I would never be able to remember it because I never can. lol I figured I would just wait to write and ask you if you could somehow send it to me. Well the next day we had the devotional then a district meeting to talk about what we felt and learned. Well in the middle of the meeting out of nowhere I just remembered my social security number, like it just came to me, lol. It was crazy I was like wow, where did that come from. Later that night I realized it must've been the strong spirit that I was feeling during the District meeting. I remember in mission prep learning that one of the Gifts of the Spirit was that it would bring "all things to your remembrance." yeah, it was awesome! My testimony of the Spirit has just increased yet again. So I was able to call and activate it yet again:). but anyways, speaking of that devotional, it was really good! Bro. and Sis. Hamula spoke. Bro. Hamula is of the Seventy and actually spoke in last Conference I believe. Well Sis. Hamula spoke and she was the sweetest lady. She told us how lucky we were to be a missionary and even said how she wished she could have a nametag. She kind of reminded me of you, mom, just how kind and caring she was. I could totally picture her as being a mission mom when her husband was the Mission president....
